Food Safety Training Course

Please Note:

The Food Safety Course (MISKIS) found in your CCL resources on our website is now retired and unavailable through UCANR.
In its place, the Statewide Office recommends the ServSafe training: 
 
This training is valid for 3 years and is a widely recognized certificate that meets California requirements for food handlers. It’s available in multiple languages. The training cost is $15 per person.
