Position Available at the UC Fruit & Nut Center

Nov 3, 2014

UC Fruit & Nut Research and Information Center
It was a pleasure to work with Dr. Brooke Jacobs on many innovative projects, including the highly successful class, Principles of Tree Growth, Cropping and Management, and new content for the Fruit & Nut Center website. Brooke has moved into a new position and we wish her all the best.

This leaves open a key position here at the UC Fruit & Nut Center. Dr. Carlos Crisosto, Center Director, is currently recruiting for a person with broad knowledge of biological science and California fruit production and research, organizational skills and an innovative spirit. Important is a willingness and talent for communication, as a goal of the Fruit & Nut Center is to bring together a network of people, including academics, farmers, farm advisors, researchers, and those in industry and special interest groups.
