**California Drought Resources**- This new page was created by the CIWR (below) to assist with the current 2013-2014 drought situation. **California Institute for Water Resources**- The mission of the California Institute for Water Resources (CIWR) is to integrate California's research, extension, and education programs to develop research-based solutions to water resource challenges.
